CONTRIBUTION GUIDELINES
DEADLINE FOR POSTER ABSTRACT SUBMISSION EXTENDED TO OCTOBER 1ST, 2026
Thank you for your interest in submitting an abstract to the SIB 2026 National Congress.
During the submission process, please indicate your preference for an oral communication or a poster presentation.
Abstracts must be written clearly in good English.
Contributions must follow the submission system format, structured into the following sections: Introduction - Experimental methods - Results and discussion - Conclusion - Acknowledgements.
The system will notify you if your abstract exceeds one page. To ensure a homogeneous layout in the final Book of Abstracts, authors are warmly requested to keep their abstract within a maximum of two A4 pages.
Please note that all presenting authors must be fully registered for the Congress.

POSTER & ORAL SESSION GUIDELINES
Oral Presentations
Presentations should be delivered preferably in Italian (though delivery in English is also permitted), with slides written in English.
More detailed information regarding the final schedule and presentation timing will be provided closer to the event.
Poster Presentations
Posters must be a maximum of A0 size (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm).
The orientation must strictly be Portrait (vertical) style.
For optimal viewing during the dedicated poster sessions, your text and graphics should be easily readable from a distance of two meters.
